Working in partnership with Camm & Hooper, all produce is sourced in the British Isles and the focus is on fusing fun with formal. From their five kitchens, LucasGardiner produce hearty finger food, moreish canapés, pop-up stations and a new dining concept, which gives the client the option to decide which style they’d like their dishes served in.
