Our kitchen is headed up by Caroline Gardiner & Alan Lucas who bring a wealth of experience to the in-house catering at Banking Hall, sourcing ingredients from the British Isles and using only produce that is in season where possible. Their dishes are innovative, creative and incredibly bespoke. Both Caroline and Alan have worked within the creative events & catering industry for many years and know exactly what is required to make sure every event runs smoothly.
