The Banking Hall Menu
Our Chefs have designed the menus to match the grandeur of the Grade II art deco Banking Hall, offering classic British menus with a contemporary twist.
We know how important the food and service at your event is to the enjoyment of your banquet or corporate event, and our dedicated events team will be on hand to make sure you and your guests have an excellent experience.
For evening meals think of classics such as 28 day aged rib eye Steak and Chips, London lavender and Bermondsey honey rubbed duck breast, Prawn cocktail and the city’s best Sundae. At lunch, your guests can enjoy Pop-Up food stations, where their choice of delicious food is prepared before their eyes.
We are proud to offer an extensive vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free menu to accompany our main events menus.
Our kitchen is headed up by Caroline Gardiner & Alan Lucas who bring a wealth of experience to the in-house catering at Banking Hall, sourcing ingredients from the British Isles and using only produce that is in season where possible. Their dishes are innovative, creative and incredibly bespoke.
Both Caroline and Alan have worked within the creative events & catering industry for many years and know exactly what is required to make sure every event runs smoothly. From conception to execution, prepare to be impressed.
